Rashid Mohammed Binkulaib

I’m a senior Computer Science student at King Saud University. Most of my projects involve AI, especially training models and building websites people can use to try them.

Education

King Saud University
Computer Science, senior year
Expected graduation: December 2026 or January 2027

Skills

Python, machine learning, transformer training and fine-tuning, data augmentation, natural language processing, and web development. I’ve also worked with audio classification, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Projects

Samid
I trained and fine-tuned the audio transformer, worked on data augmentation, and built the website for our drone detection project.

Misbar
I built a company knowledge platform that searches connected sources, maps relationships between people and projects, and flags conflicting information while respecting access permissions.

AceWallet
A wallet prototype that helps people choose the card with the best rewards for a purchase. You can try the website at acewallet.app.

Farras
I co-authored a study on detecting AI-generated Arabic text. We compared statistical and linguistic features with a fine-tuned transformer.

MultiGuard
My team’s graduation project combines text, images, and image-forensic features for fake-news detection.

Awards and selections

Misbar won 1st place at Buildathon, organized by Riyadh Valley.

Samid was selected from a pool of over 13,000 students, presented to the governor, and later incubated by GADD.

AceWallet was selected for Tuwaiq Academy’s Amad Hackathon from thousands of applicants.
